US-only contract for US residents 18+ in USD. Read-only aggregation with no money movement and no financial advice. Includes Stripe billing terms and binding arbitration.
These Terms form a binding contract between you and Voyager Inc. (legal@wyna.app) for wyna.app, app.wyna.app, and our iOS/Android apps. You must be a US resident aged 18 or older with USD-capable accounts and have authority to connect each institution you link. Voyager is US-only and USD-only in this release: no household entitlement sharing, no multi-currency billing, no EU/UK targeting, and no support for accounts you are not authorized to access. By creating an account, accepting the Aggregation Authorization, starting a trial, or checking out via Stripe, you represent you meet these criteria and accept these Terms plus the Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy and Cookie Policy at /legal/cookies, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that misrepresent eligibility, location, or authorization.
Voyager is an information-only ledger and analytics dashboard. We aggregate consumer bank, cash, credit, loan, brokerage, and investment data via Plaid, preserve source payloads as immutable encrypted evidence, and normalize them into one provider-neutral model with balances, holdings, as_of timestamps, provenance, and sync status. We never initiate, execute, authorize, or route payments, transfers, trades, or loan modifications, hold custody of funds, or accept write scopes that would permit them; our API and adapters are architecturally separated from money-movement rails. Plaid is a third-party provider with its own disclosures and privacy policy presented in its hosted flow; your use of connections is also subject to those provider terms and your institution agreements. Credentials are entered only in provider flows; Voyager receives encrypted access tokens, not passwords. Disconnecting or reauth_required states stop or pause sync as described in Settings and our docs; webhook receipt alone is never presented as a data update.
Net-worth totals, balance snapshots, budget rollovers, goal projections, spending breakdowns, recurring detection with confidence scores, holding summaries, allocation views, and categorization rules are informational and educational only. Voyager is not a bank, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, CPA, tax preparer, attorney, or credit-services organization, and does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any security, or making any payment, borrowing, or filing decision. Verify every critical figure with your institution before acting or filing taxes. Cost basis, performance, or tax-lot views are qualified estimates that disclose unavailable data rather than inventing it; missing cost basis stays null, never zero. Voyager does not furnish consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and must not be used for credit, employment, tenant, or insurance eligibility decisions. Past sync behavior does not guarantee future accuracy or availability.
You must create your account with accurate contact details, protect your Supabase credentials, enable MFA where offered, and promptly notify security@wyna.app of unauthorized access. Before each new Plaid link you must review and affirmatively accept the then-current Financial Data Aggregation Authorization (unchecked by default, versioned with hash and archive URL, bound to a short-lived one-time link authorization): scope includes identifiers, masks, balances, transactions, liabilities, recurring data, and brokerage holdings/activities for selected products; purposes are display, planning, and reconciliation; sync is continuous while connected; revocation is via Disconnect with stated retention effects. You represent each connected account is yours or you have explicit authority, that MFA/billing credentials you provide are valid, and that you will not probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, bypass rate limits, access another user's ledger, extract provider tokens, or interfere with audit logging. Violation may result in suspension, termination, and referral to providers or law enforcement.
The current catalog has two plans: Free ($0) and Plus ($10.99 per month or $109 per year). Free permits two connected institutions; Plus permits ten. Both include unlimited Sync now, history, and CSV exports, subject to the applicable cooldown and service safeguards. The first 100 eligible annual members may receive the $79-per-year Founder Annual rate while membership remains continuous. Prices, eligibility, included features, trial terms, payment terms, taxes, cancellations, and any refund terms are presented before checkout; the amount and terms accepted in checkout control if they differ from a marketing-page summary. Stripe processes card payments, and Voyager does not store full card numbers. Plan changes do not by themselves delete records, although access may be limited by the plan selected.
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content; no automated collection outside documented APIs; no circumventing entitlements, trial caps, founder caps, or access controls; no uploading malware or attempting to exfiltrate other tenants' data; no misrepresenting identity or institution authority; no using exports to build competing credit or brokerage datasets in violation of provider terms. Report vulnerabilities to security@wyna.app without exfiltrating data, degrading availability, or violating privacy — we pledge not to pursue good-faith research that follows those rules. We may rate-limit, quarantine sync jobs, require reauthentication, or suspend connections showing fraud, provider reauth_required signals, or abuse, with notice where required by law. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for maintaining accurate billing contact details for trial-ending, failed-payment, grace, and downgrade notices.
Voyager, its marks, ledger models, reconciliation logic, and app code are owned by Voyager Inc. and its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the service for lawful personal finance tracking while your account and entitlements are in good standing. You retain rights in content you create (memos, rules, budgets, goals); you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it to provide the service. Provider, bank, and brokerage names and marks belong to their owners. If you believe content infringes copyright, send a DMCA notice to legal@wyna.app with subject DMCA including work identification, material location URL, contact details, good-faith statement, accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and physical/electronic signature. We respond per 17 U.S.C. 512, may remove or disable material, and may terminate repeat infringers. Do not submit financial credentials or full account numbers in DMCA correspondence.
Voyager is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, instantaneous sync, or zero drift. Balances, transactions, holdings, FX conversions, and insights depend on institution and aggregator availability, formatting, and corrections; we surface source, last_successful_sync_at, last_financial_data_change_at, and reconciliation drift_detected flags so you can assess timeliness, but we do not warrant third-party data correctness. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Some states do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions may not apply to you, and your mandatory consumer rights are preserved. Beta, founder, or experimental features may carry additional notices and lower availability commitments.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable US law, Voyager Inc., its officers, employees, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from third-party data errors, sync delays, interruptions, or decisions made from ledger views, even if advised of the possibility. Except for bodily injury caused by our willful misconduct where non-waivable, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service or these Terms is capped at the greater of $100 or amounts you paid to Voyager in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and legal liabilities arising from your breach, unauthorized linking, or violation of provider agreements. These Terms are governed by Delaware law without conflicts principles, venue in Delaware state/federal courts, with binding individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules, jury-trial and class-action waivers, and small-claims opt-out, subject to applicable mandatory law.
You may terminate anytime by deleting your account after exporting data; termination stops future sync and billing at period end per Section 5 but does not delete legal-evidence records (audit, webhook idempotency, sync-job, billing, security) retained per our schedule with retention_exception_reason where applicable. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, fraud, provider revocation, or legal requirement, with notice and appeal via legal@wyna.app where required. We may revise these Terms for features, jurisdiction expansion, or law changes with a new lastUpdated date, website notice, and direct notice for material changes; continued use after the effective date is acceptance, while new Plaid links, re-consents, and checkouts always require acceptance of the then-current version with hash and archive preserved per the legal registry runbook. Prior versions and acceptances are never overwritten. Contact: legal@wyna.app for terms/arbitration/DMCA, privacy@wyna.app for privacy rights, security@wyna.app for vulnerabilities, hello@wyna.app for general support.
