Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period. No mid-period cutoff.
Refunds within 14 days of initial purchase, subject to mandatory law. Annual plans receive no prorated refund after that window.
Expiry or downgrade never deletes records. Extra connections are paused (you pick which stay active) with full history intact.
Trials and active subscriptions include Plus. If a plan ends or a payment stays past due beyond the 7-day grace period, you move to Free — history and exports stay intact.

Yes. Sync now checks Plaid's cached data and is unlimited on both plans — Free every 60 minutes, Plus every 15 minutes. There is no per-sync charge.
Yes. Both plans include unlimited CSV/JSON export (infrastructure rate limits only). Downgrade or expiry never deletes records.
The plan-change flow shows the applicable limits before confirmation. Changing plans does not by itself delete your records.
